Thai Meshi Recipe
- 1 pound Thai or possibly perch or possibly red snapper
- 3 c. rice (uncooked)
- 3 c. water minus 2 tbsp.
- 2 tbsp. sake
- 1 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
- Clean fish and put in 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 min.
- Soak rice well and drain.
- Mix rice, water, sake and soy sauce and put flaked fish on top of rice.
- Cook rice as usual.
- Remove bones and mix fish into rice and serve.
