Salmon Fajitas

  2. Dust the salmon fillets with cumin.
  3. 2.
  4. Grill, bake (at 350F) or broil the salmon 5-7 minutes on each side to desired doneness (cook longer if you like your fish well done).

  6. Dice papaya, tomatoes, onion and avocado and place in a bowl.
  7. Dice cilantro and add to the bowl.
  8. 4.
  9. Juice lemon and limes and add to the bowl with a dash of cayenne pepper.
  10. (Add more lemon, lime and/or cayenne to your liking.)
  11. 5.
  12. Warm tortillas.
  13. 6.
  14. Flake salmon into tortilla and top with a huge glop of salsa.
  15. Yum-o!
