Fried Rice Packed with Ginger
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 Onion
- 2 Green peppers
- 2 pieces Ginger
- 4 Wiener sausages
- 2 tsp Chicken stock granules
- 2 tsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 700 grams Hot cooked white rice
- 1 Vegetable oil
- 1 as required Pepper
- 1 Salt
- Finely chop the onion and ginger.
- Roughly chop the green peppers and sausages.
- Beat the eggs.
- Coat a frying pan in vegetable oil and set the heat to high.
- When hot, quickly fry the egg and set it aside on a plate.
- Coat the frying pan with vegetable oil again, add the onions and fry over medium heat.
- When the onion has wilted, add the green peppers and sausages.
- Mix in the chicken stock granules, then add the rice and mix everything together as it fries.
- Add the oyster sauce, soy sauce and pepper and fry some more.
- Taste it and add a little salt if necessary.
- Finally, mix in the egg from Step 2, and it's done.
