Bananas And Cream Bundt Cake Recipe
- 1/3 c. Vegetable shortening
- 1 1/4 c. Sugar
- 2 x Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 3 med Banana, mashed
- 2 c. Flour
- 1 1/4 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 c. (8 ounce) Cultured Lowfat sour cream
- 3/4 c. Walnuts, minced
- In mixing bowl, cream shortning and sugar.
- Add in the Large eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Blend in vanilla.
- Add in bananas and mix well.
- Combine flour, baking pwdr, soda, and salt; add in to the creamed mix alternately with lowfat sour cream, stirring till just combined.
- Stir in walnuts.
- Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan.
- Bake at 350 for 50 min, or possibly till tests done.
- Cold 10 min and invert onto platter.
- Cold completely and dust with powdered sugar or possibly drizzle with icing.
