Elisa's Pistachio & Fruit Whip Dessert
- 1 packages Instant Pistachio Pudding
- 1 can Crushed Pineapple, with juice. (16oz can)
- 1/2 packages Mini Marshmallows
- 1 packages Cool Whip, Unfrozen
- 1 can Fruit Cocktail, without juice
- 1 1/2 cup Walnuts, Crushed
- In a bowl, mix the pineapple and the fruit cocktail.
- Add the pudding and mix.
- Add the marshmallows and walnuts and mix.
- Add the Cool Whip and mix.
- Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
- Serve and enjoy!
