Hot Oatmeal
- 1 cup water hot
- 23 cup oatmeal cook gently for 56 minutes
- 1 tablespoon raisins, seedless
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup milk or low-fat yogurt
- Mix first 2 ingredients in a small pan until cooked, then add raisins, cinnamon and sunflower seeds.
- Serve topped with milk or yogurt.
