Baked Smoked Chicken Apple Sausage With Cider Sauce Recipe

  1. Bring cider, lager and stock to a boil in a heavy saucepan over medium-high heat.
  2. Boil about 8 min.
  3. Whisk sugar, vinegar and mustard in a small bowl till reduced to 2 1/4 c., stirring occasionally, about 6 min.
  4. Preheat oven to 375 F. Place sausages in a baking dish and spoon over the sauce.
  5. Bake till sausage is heated through, about 15 min.
  6. Serve.
