Cream Stew with Soy Milk

  1. Peel the potato and slice into easy to eat pieces.
  2. If you are short of time, you can microwave it (3 minutes at 600 W).
  3. Peel the carrot and slice into easy to eat pieces.
  4. Break the broccoli into florets and boil.
  5. Pour water into a saucepan and boil the potatoes and carrots.
  6. Keep an eye on it and add more water if necessary.
  7. When the potato has softened enough to crumble, add the soup stock cube.
  8. Turn off the heat, and add in the soy milk.
  9. Make cuts in the surface of the sausages, add them and mix.
  10. Turn the heat on, and mix with a ladle to mash the potatoes over low heat.
  11. Add the broccoli, mix again, pour into serving bowls, and it's done.
