Cream Stew with Soy Milk
- 1 Potato (large)
- 1/2 Carrot (small)
- 1 Broccoli
- 400 ml Water
- 4 Wiener sausages
- 2 1/2 cup Soy milk
- 1 Soup stock cube
- 1 dash Salt and pepper (optional)
- Peel the potato and slice into easy to eat pieces.
- If you are short of time, you can microwave it (3 minutes at 600 W).
- Peel the carrot and slice into easy to eat pieces.
- Break the broccoli into florets and boil.
- Pour water into a saucepan and boil the potatoes and carrots.
- Keep an eye on it and add more water if necessary.
- When the potato has softened enough to crumble, add the soup stock cube.
- Turn off the heat, and add in the soy milk.
- Make cuts in the surface of the sausages, add them and mix.
- Turn the heat on, and mix with a ladle to mash the potatoes over low heat.
- Add the broccoli, mix again, pour into serving bowls, and it's done.
