Chai Crunch

  1. Heat oven to 300F.
  2. Combine cereals, almonds and banana chips in roasting pan.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Melt butter in 1-quart saucepan over medium heat.
  5. Remove from heat; stir in all remaining ingredients until well mixed.
  6. Pour butter mixture over cereal mixture; toss until evenly coated.
  7. Bake 45-60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Spread onto waxed paper or paper towels until cooled.
  9. Store in container with tight-fitting lid.
