Black Bean Soup

  1. Puree one can of black beans, set aside.
  2. Saute onion and garlic, over medium-high heat.
  3. Add spices.
  4. Stir for one minute.
  5. Add pureed beans, other can of beans.
  6. Add broth.
  7. Simmer for 30 minutes.
  8. Top with chopped tomato and cheese.
