Breast Of Swiss Muenster Chicken Recipe
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- Swiss or possibly Muenster cheese slices
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 box onion and garlic croutons
- 1/2 can water
- 1 stick butter
- Cut each chicken breast in half into 4 to 6 chunks.
- Place raw chunks in 12 x 8 inch baking dish.
- Cover chicken with layer of cheese slices.
- Blend 1 can cream of chicken soup with 1/2 can water and spoon over cheese.
- Crush 1 box of croutons and sprinkle over casserole.
- Heat butter and drizzle over casserole.
- Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees uncovered.
