Breast Of Swiss Muenster Chicken Recipe

  1. Cut each chicken breast in half into 4 to 6 chunks.
  2. Place raw chunks in 12 x 8 inch baking dish.
  3. Cover chicken with layer of cheese slices.
  4. Blend 1 can cream of chicken soup with 1/2 can water and spoon over cheese.
  5. Crush 1 box of croutons and sprinkle over casserole.
  6. Heat butter and drizzle over casserole.
  7. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees uncovered.
