Creamy Ancho-New Potato Salad

  1. Cook potatoes in pan of boiling water 10 to 12 min.
  2. or until tender; drain.
  3. Mix mayo and ancho powder in large bowl.
  4. Add potatoes and remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
  5. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
