Slime-Filled Monster Cupcakes

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Prepare cake batter and bake as directed on package for 24 cupcakes.
  3. Cool in pans 10 min.
  4. Remove from pans to wire racks; cool completely.
  5. Meanwhile, beat pudding mix and milk with whisk 2 min.
  6. Stir in 3 or 4 drops green food coloring; spoon into pastry bag fitted with round tip.
  7. Refrigerate until ready to use as directed.
  8. Cut cone-shape piece from top of each cupcake; set aside.
  9. Pipe pudding into cupcakes, adding about 1 Tbsp.
  10. to each.
  11. Replace cupcake tops.
  12. Spoon frosting into medium bowl; stir in remaining food coloring.
  13. Add COOL WHIP; whisk until blended.
  14. Spread onto cupcakes.
  15. Decorate with remaining ingredients as shown in photo.
