Banana Chocolate Shake Recipe
- 2 lrg bananas frzn, cut into pie
- 2 c. nonfat lowfat milk cool
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa pwdr
- In a blender, combine the bananas, lowfat milk, vanilla, and cocoa.
- Blend till light and frothy, about 30 seconds.
- Divide between 2 glasses and serve.
