Turkey enchiladas!

  1. In a large bowl combine 1 Cup shredded pepper jack cheese, the chopped turkey Ortega chiles and mix well.
  2. Fill your tortillas corn or flour with the turkey mixture place seam down in a baking dish.
  3. Once all of your tortillas are filled pour enchilada sauce over the top on the enchiladas.
  4. Top with remaining pepper jack cheese and cheddar cheese bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
