BBQ Meatloaf Muffins

  1. Season the ground beef with the salt, pepper, and Tony Chacheres.
  2. Beat an egg with the milk and add it to the meat along with the bread crumbs.
  3. Mix the BBQ sauce, Picante sauce, and Worcestershire together in a separate bowl.
  4. Add half of the BBQ sauce mixture to the meat and reserve the rest.
  5. Mix the meat mixture together and form into balls about 2 inches in diameter.
  6. Place them in a greased muffin tin and top each with the remaining BBQ sauce mixture.
  7. Bake at 425 degrees F for 20 minutes.
  8. Makes 12 muffins.
