Barbecued Ribs Of Beef Recipe

  1. You can use the top of the roast beef bones.
  2. Have them cut in 2-inch pcs.
  3. Brown the ribs in a heated casserole or possibly Dutch oven; pour off the fat.
  4. Combine all the ingredients and add in to ribs.
  5. Cover and bake in a 350 degree oven 2 hrs.
  6. Remove cover for the last half hour.
  7. Serves 6 to 8.
