Barbecued Ribs Of Beef Recipe
- 3 lb Short ribs
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Dry mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. Catchup
- 1/2 c. Water
- 1/4 c. Cider vinegar
- 1/2 c. Chopped onions
- 1 x Garlic clove chopped
- You can use the top of the roast beef bones.
- Have them cut in 2-inch pcs.
- Brown the ribs in a heated casserole or possibly Dutch oven; pour off the fat.
- Combine all the ingredients and add in to ribs.
- Cover and bake in a 350 degree oven 2 hrs.
- Remove cover for the last half hour.
- Serves 6 to 8.
