Jumbo Eclair Tea Cookies

  1. Pour half-and-half into medium bowl.
  2. Add pudding mix.
  3. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes; cover.
  4. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
  5. Place cookies, flat-sides up, on serving tray.
  6. Mix orange juice and liqueur; brush onto flat sides of cookies.
  7. Spoon or pipe about 2 Tbsp.
  8. pudding mixture onto each cookie.
  9. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  10. Drizzle with fudge sauce just before serving.
