Sauteed Chicken Breasts With Lemon And Sherry Recipe
- 4 split chicken breasts, boned and skinned
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 1 c. sliced, fresh mushrooms
- 1 tbsp. minced green onion
- 1/2 lemon, cut into slices
- Juice of other lemon half
- 2 tbsp. sherry
- Saute/fry chicken breasts till done.
- Remove from pan.
- Saute/fry mushrooms and onion in same pan.
- Add in lemon slices, lemon juice and sherry.
- Simmer for 1 to 2 min.
- Pour over chicken breasts.
- Serves 4.
