Fya turkey burger
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 tsp cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 4 bacon strips
- 1 small sliced onio
- 1 leaf lettuce
- 1 cup sliced tomatoes
- 2 burger buns
- 2 slice pepperjack cheese
- preheat frying pan on medium heat.
- form 2 patties from ground turkey and season with cajun seasoning.
- Add a little bit more for that "fya" flavor.
- Yeah, it's called fya for a reason.
- This is not your regular burger.
- add bacon and onion to the frying pan and keep watching not to overcook anything.
- frying the bacon in the same frying pan adds more flavor.
- Cooking should take approximately 10 - 12 minutes
- layer one side of each bun with some mayo, lettuce, n tomato slices
- add cooked turkey patties topped grilled onions and bacon to bun.
- You can enhance this buildup with some guacamole or barbeque sauce for extra fya.
