Lava cakes

  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Spray 4 (3/4 c.) souffle cups with non-stick cooking spray and place on cookie sheet.
  3. Microwave butter and chocolate chips until melted.
  4. Whisk.
  5. Whisk in sugar.
  6. Whisk in eggs and eggs yolks.
  7. Add flour.
  8. Bake 13-14 minutes.
  9. Let stand one minute before inverting to plate.
  10. * cakes can be made up to 24 hours in advance and stored in refrigerator.
  11. Let stand at room temperature 20 minutes before baking.
