Seared Bonito with Ginger and Grated Radish

  1. Slice the seared bonito into thick slices and line them up on a plate.
  2. Grate the radish and ginger drain them lightly.
  3. Chop the green onions finely and mix everything together.
  4. Put the mixture from step 2 on the bonito and pour on lots of sesame seeds and citrus ponzu sauce to finish.
