Bar B Que Brisket Recipe

  1. Generously coat brisket with first four seasonings.
  2. Shake 3 ounces of liquid smoke on top.
  3. Cover and chill overnight.
  4. Next day, season with salt and pepper and 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Securely seal brisket in foil and cook for 7 hrs on 275 degrees.
  6. Drain off liquid and cover brisket with bottle of barb-b-que sauce.
  7. Leave uncovered and cook one more hour.
