Tender Curried Teriyaki Chicken Breast

  1. Discard the chicken skin, slice on the diagonal, and season with salt and pepper (not listed).
  2. Put the chicken in a plastic bag and toss with katakuriko.
  3. Combine the seasoning ingredients.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and put the chicken.
  5. Brown for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  6. When the chicken has browned, add the seasonings and mix it well.
