Tender Curried Teriyaki Chicken Breast
- 1 Chicken breast
- 1 1/2- tablespoons Katakuriko
- 1 tsp Curry powder
- 1 tbsp each Oyster sauce, mayonnaise, soy sauce, sugar, sake
- Discard the chicken skin, slice on the diagonal, and season with salt and pepper (not listed).
- Put the chicken in a plastic bag and toss with katakuriko.
- Combine the seasoning ingredients.
- Heat oil in a pan and put the chicken.
- Brown for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- When the chicken has browned, add the seasonings and mix it well.
