Weight Watchers Banana Nut Bread Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients, except bread crumbs.
  3. Add in crumbs and mix till smooth.
  4. Pour into a 9 inch bundt or possibly tube pan.
  5. Bake for 45 min.
  6. Makes 4 servings.
