Weight Watchers Banana Nut Bread Recipe
- 4 med. well beaten Large eggs
- 2 med. bananas
- 2/3 c. non-fat dry lowfat milk
- Artificial sweetener to Equal 1 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon banana extract
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 4 slices white bread, crumbled
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In medium bowl, combine all ingredients, except bread crumbs.
- Add in crumbs and mix till smooth.
- Pour into a 9 inch bundt or possibly tube pan.
- Bake for 45 min.
- Makes 4 servings.
