Easiest Chicken Cordon Bleu Recipe

• 4 chicken breasts, halved & deboned
• 8 strips of bacon
• Swiss cheese
• 1 c. lowfat sour cream
• 2 cans mushroom soup

1. Slit open chicken pcs, stuff with Swiss cheese, wrap with bacon slice and secure with a toothpick.
2. Lay on bottom of baking dish.
3. Mix lowfat sour cream and undiluted mushroom soup and pour over chicken.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
5. Serves 8.
