Marinated French Dip

  1. In large shallow baking dish, combine all ingredients, except brisket and bread; add brisket.
  2. Cover; marinate in refrigerator 6 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
  3. Cover; roast at 325u0b0 for 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until tender, turning after 45 minutes. Remove meat from baking dish; reserve cooking juices.
  4. Cut brisket into thin slices; serve on rolls with juices for dipping. Refrigerate leftovers.
  5. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
