Korean Grill Beef Skewers

  1. Cut beef into 1/4 inch slices.
  2. Place in a resealable plastic bag.
  3. In a small bowl, stir together soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, 1 T water, garlic, ginger and red pepper flakes.
  4. Pour over meat in the bag; seal.
  5. Marinate for 2-12 hours.
  6. Coat grill rack with non-stick cooking spray.
  7. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  8. Drain steak; discard marinade.
  9. Thread steak onto skewers, folding back and forth.
  10. Grill, uncovered, for 6-8 minutes, turning once halfway through grilling.
