Spaghetti Carbonara Recipe
- 10-12 strips bacon, cut in half
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 8 ounce. white wine
- 1/3 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 5 stalks parsley, minced
- 8 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 400 grams spaghetti
- Mix cream, cheese, Large eggs, and parsley in a bowl.
- Mix wine, oil, bacon, and onions in pot.
- Cook covered 20 min over low flame, stirring occasionally.
- Raise flame to boil off wine.
- Cook pasta al dente.
- Drain.
- Mix with cream sauce, then add in warm broth.
