Dijon Pork Chops
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 14 cup dry white wine or 14 cup chicken broth
- 13 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 14-12 teaspoon pepper
- 5 medium potatoes, cut into 1/4 inch slices (1 2/3 lb.)
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 4 pork loin chops, 3/4 inch thick
- In a mixing bowl add the soup, wine, mustard, thyme, garlic, and pepper; stir to combine.
- Add the potatoes and onion; stir to coat.
- Transfer mixture to a 4 to 5 quart slow cooker.
- Season chops with salt and pepper; lay chops on top of potato/onion mixture.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours.
