Moist Potato Chocolate Sandwiches
- 1 large Potatoes
- 35 grams Cake flour
- 20 grams Cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 30 grams Granulated sugar
- 2 tsp + 50 ml Milk
- 30 grams Milk chocolate
- Add the chocolate to the 2 teaspoons of milk and heat in the microwave for 30 seconds.
- Knead together well.
- Boil the potatoes or microwave them, and then mash.
- Preheat the oven to 170C.
- Add the granulated sugar to the potatoes, then add the remaining milk.
- Mix well with both additions.
- Combine the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder and sift into the potato mixture.
- Lightly mix everything together.
- Shape into 4 cm slightly flat balls, place on a parchment paper lined baking tray.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 170C.
- When they have finished baking, cool on a cooling rack.
- Once cooled, make pairs and spread a teaspoon of chocolate cream onto one potato cake in each pair to make a sandwich.
