Trail Drive and Bunkhouse Milk Gravy

  1. In a large skillet, heat the drippings over medium heat.
  2. Stir in the flour and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, until the flour turns golden.
  3. Add the milk and cook, stirring, until the gravy is smooth and thickened.
  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper and served over biscuits.
