Creamy Mai Thai (Non Alcoholic) Recipe

  1. Place mix, lowfat milk and extract in blender container.
  2. Cover and blend till well combined.
  3. Pour over ice cubes, garnish and serve immediately.
  4. Yield 1 serving - 130 calories per serving; 5 grams fat; 167 mg calcium.
  5. Also may be made using powdered pina colada mix.
  6. Substitute lowfat milk for water and rum.
  7. Add in 1/4 tsp.
  8. rum extract.
  9. Follow directions above.
