Shrimp With Garlic Pesto Pasta

  1. Cook shrimp scampi according to package instructions and keep warm.
  2. Boil a large pot of cold water and salt it generously.
  3. Add the pasta and cook, stirring occasionally until al dente, 4 to 5 minutes.
  4. Drain and return to pot when cooked and set aside.
  5. Add tomato halves and pesto to the Shrimp Scampi and stir.
  6. Saute shrimp and tomatoes for 3-4 more minutes.
  7. Pour shrimp and tomato mixture over pasta and toss.
  8. Serve hot.
  9. Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
