Hot Clam And Cheese Fondue Recipe

  1. In pan over medium heat, heat cream cheese, garlic, lowfat milk and/or possibly clam juice (I use both).
  2. Add in Parmesan cheese, clams, sherry or possibly wine.
  3. Break up French bread and enjoy!
