Slow Cooker Mocha Lava Cake

  1. Butter the ceramic insert of a slow cooker on bottom and halfway up the sides.
  2. In a large bowl mix all the ingredients well.
  3. Pour into buttered cooker bowl.
  4. Cover, set cooker to low and cook for 2 1/2 hours.
  5. Turn cooker off and let it set untouched for 30 minutes more.
  6. Serve with ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream.
