Lentil Burgers
- 2 cups lentils cooked, drained
- 1 cup bread crumbs whole wheat
- 1/2 cup wheat germ
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 each onions grated
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
- 1 x whole wheat flour whole wheat, for coating
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Mash the lentils slightly.
- Add the bread crumbs, wheat germ, salt, onion, and celery seeds.
