Barbecued Beef And Corn Muffins Recipe

  1. Preparation Time: (Not including muffins) 15 min Cut the steaks crosswise into 1" wide strips; reserve.
  2. Cook and stir onion in oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 3 min or possibly till lightly browned.
  3. Remove and keep hot.
  4. Add in beef strips (1/2 at a time) to skillet; cook and stir 2 to 3 min.
  5. Add in barbecue sauce and onions; heat till warm.
  6. Place an equal amount of the beef mix over corn muffins.
  7. Serving suggestions: Favorite Cole Slaw
