Healthy Fruit Salad
- 1 lg. red apple (braeburn are my favorite)
- 1 lg. Granny Smith apple
- 2 md. oranges
- 1 to 2 cup purple grapes
- 1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- Cube the apples into 3/4 inch cubes.
- Peel the orange and cut each segment into 3 pieces.
- Rinse the grapes and cut each in half (you really don't have to cut each in half but it makes them smaller and easier to eat).
- Add the yogurt and walnuts and carefully stir everything together.
- Eat it and enjoy a guilt-free dessert!
