Gujarati Paneer Korma
- 200 g paneer cheese, cut into 1/4-inch cubes
- 1 cup undrained canned diced tomatoes
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 Tbsp. frozen shredded coconut
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft Crunchy Peanut Butter
- 1 tsp. dried fenugreek leaves
- 1/2 tsp. garam masala
- 1/2 tsp. ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. red chili powder or cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp. ground turmeric
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh coriander (cilantro)
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- Combine all ingredients except fresh coriander and lemon juice in medium nonstick skillet.
- Bring to boil on medium-high heat; cover.
- Simmer on medium-low heat 10 min.
- or until slightly thickened.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
