Foil-Packet Southwestern Chicken Dinner

• 1-3/4 cups warm water
• 2 cups instant brown rice, uncooked
• 4 small boneless skinless chicken breast (1 lb.)
• 1/4 cup KRAFT Lite Ranch Dressing
• 1-1/2 tsp. chili powder
• 1/2 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
• 1 red pepper, chopped Target 1 pkg For $2.99 thru 02/06
• 4 cups small broccoli florets

1. Heat oven to 400F.
2. Combine water and rice; let stand 5 min.
3. Spoon onto centers of 4 large sheets of heavy-duty foil;
4. Top with remaining ingredients.
5. Fold to make 4 packets; place on rimmed baking sheet.
6. Bake 25 to 30 min.
7. or until chicken is done (165F).
8. Cut slits in foil to release steam before opening each packet.
