Spicy Roast Pork
- 5 -6 lbs pork roast
- 14 cup melted butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 4 tablespoons cracked pepper
- 1 tablespoon mustard seeds
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons thyme
- Mix all ingredients together and smooth on top of the raw pork roast.
- Bake in a preheated 325 degree oven for approximately 2 1/2 hours (covered with foil or roast pan lid).
- Remove the foil or roast pan lid and continue to roast for abother 1/2 hour.
- Remove from the oven and let stand 20 minutes before carving.
