Beef Tenderloins In Cream Mushroom Sauce Recipe
- 4 x 6-8 oz beef tenderloin steaks
- 7 ounce cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. half & half
- 2 1/2 ounce sliced mushrooms, liquid removed
- 2 clv garlic
- 2 tsp parsley
- 2 tsp fresh grnd black pepper
- Preheat grill.
- In a small saucepan combine cream cheese, half & half, garlic, parsley and pepper.
- Blend well.
- Cook over medium heat till the mix is smooth.
- Add in mushrooms.
- Keep hot.
- Place steaks on grill and cook till done.
- Pour cheese mix over steaks and serve.
