Butterscotch Granola Cookies Recipe
- 1 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 c. Butter, softened
- 1/2 c. Honey
- 1/2 c. Firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 x Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 pkt (12-ounce) Nestle Toll House butterscotch flavored morsels
- 1 c. Quick oats, uncooked
- 1 c. Minced walnuts
- 3/4 c. Raisins
- 1/4 c. Wheat germ
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In small bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, salt, baking pwdr and baking soda; set aside.
- In large bowl, combine butter, honey and brown sugar; beat till creamy.
- Beat in egg and vanilla extract.
- Blend in flour mix alternately with lowfat milk.
- Stir in Nestle Toll House butterscotch flavored morsels, oats, walnuts, raisins and wheat germ.
- Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 min.
- Allow to stand 2 min; remove from cookie sheets.
- Cold completely on wire racks.
- Makes about 5 dozen 2-1/4 inch cookies.
