Fresh Tomato and Feta Cheese Salad

  1. Set yogurt in a fine strainer to drain for 30 minutes.
  2. Discard liquid.
  3. Meanwhile, toss tomatoes with salt in a bowl, set aside 15 to 20 minutes until liquid accumulates.
  4. Whisk all other ingredients, except feta cheese, together.
  5. Pour over tomatoes and juice and toss.
  6. Let stand 5 minutes.
  7. Place feta on top of tomatoes and serve.
