Greek Meatballs

  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the onion, and saute 3 minutes.
  4. Combine the onion and the next 10 ingredients (onion through egg).
  5. Shape meat mixture into 30 (1 1/2-inch) meatballs, and place on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
  6. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes or until done.
