Italian Biscottis

  1. In large bowl, mix crisco, sugar and then add eggs, add flour, baking powder, milk and extract.
  2. Put dough on wax paper making logs.
  3. Bake 350F for 10 minutes.
  4. Frost with 1 box confectioners sugar and enough water and 1 tsp lemon extract to make thin frosting.
  5. Cut into strips.
