Italian Biscottis
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cup sugar
- 1 cup crisco
- 2 cup milk
- 6 cup flour
- 3 tbs baking powder
- 3 tbs lemon extract
- In large bowl, mix crisco, sugar and then add eggs, add flour, baking powder, milk and extract.
- Put dough on wax paper making logs.
- Bake 350F for 10 minutes.
- Frost with 1 box confectioners sugar and enough water and 1 tsp lemon extract to make thin frosting.
- Cut into strips.
