Sour Cream-Strawberry Surprise

• 2 pints strawberries, hulled and halved
• 16 oz lowfat sour cream
• Raw sugar

1. Mix strawberries into sour cream.
2. Add sugar to taste.
3. Stir until light pink.
4. Refrigerate about half an hour.
