Sauteed Chicken Breast with Mayonnaise in Sweet and Spicy Leek Sauce
- 500 grams Chicken breasts
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 1 All-purpose flour
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 5 tbsp Ponzu
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 Ra-yu
- 3 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 clove Grated garlic
- 2 tbsp Grated ginger
- 1 leek Minced Japanese leek
- Add the ingredients into a bowl and mix together.
- Slice the chicken breasts diagonally into relatively large pieces.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and thinly coat with flour.
- Tap off the excess flour!
- Heat a frying pan, add the mayonnaise, and fry the Step 2 chicken for 1.5 minutes over medium-low.
- When the edges start to turn white, flip, and fry for another 1.5 minutes over medium heat!
- When the Step 3 chicken is cooked, serve on a plate, and pour the Step 1 sauce on top.
- Dry off any moisture from the lettuce that you had chilled in ice-cold water, and serve with chicken, then done!
