Indian curry chicken

  1. Take a pan and pour in some mustard oil to fry the chicken pieces.
  2. Heat the pan on high flame, when oils heats up slow down the flame and fry the chicken.
  3. In a food processor, blend onions, tomatoes, garlic, ginger, green chillies and make a paste.
  4. When chicken turns brown, add the paste to it.
  5. Mix well.
  6. And add salt, turmeric powder, peprika, aromatic mixture, asafoetida, chicken spice to it and mix it well again.
  7. Add chicken stock.
  8. And let the chicken boil a bit.
  9. After a few boils put on a lid for 15 mins.
  10. Your curry chicken is ready.
  11. Sprinkle some chopped fresh parsley.
  12. Best served with rice.
